We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records of inventory

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus

- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
