Administrative Services Director jobs in Fort Worth, TX

Administrative Services Director plans and directs the operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service functions that typically include administrative/office, financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Being an Administrative Services Director monitors capital and operating budget spending. Designs and implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. Additionally, Administrative Services Director sets departmental performance goals and standards of service. Utilizes data analytics to measure activity and drive continuous improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Administrative Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Administrative Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Here's what we need from you:

    • Education: High School Diploma or College Degree

    Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
    • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
    • Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and various teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan.
    • Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Strong technology skills for data collection and entry
    • Professional written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while being an active participant who contributes to team activities, meetings, and training
    • Ability to set and achieve goals that benefit the patient, the team, and the BT/RBT
    • Ability to receive feedback, coaching, and counseling while maintaining a positive attitude and commitment to be a continuous learner
    • Ability to pass a background screen, reference checks, and drug screen

    Physical Working Conditions:

    • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time standing as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs
    • Endurance to move quickly from a seated position to a standing position to accommodate the treatment plan and/ or for the safety of the patient
    • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate office equipment, etc.
