    Job Description:
    We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, customer service, and marketing support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly tech-savvy, proficient in Excel, and comfortable with leveraging new technology platforms. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and online chat.
    • Assist with marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and email campaigns.
    • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation using Excel and other software tools.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members as needed.
    • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks to support the overall operations of the company.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms.
    • Experience in customer service and/or marketing is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
