Job Title: Director of Surgical Services

Location: Western Arizona

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the surgical services department, managing operations over the Main Operating Room (OR) and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated managers, including strong leaders in PACU, OR, and ASC.
• Navigate the challenges of a high-volume surgical environment, ensuring efficiency and quality of care.
• Manage approximately 50-70 FTEs to deliver exceptional surgical services.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a surgical services setting, with a focus on high-volume operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the PACU, OR, and ASC Managers.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to elevate the caliber of surgical services provided.
• Drive and enthusiasm to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional patient care.
