Administrative Services Director plans and directs the operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service functions that typically include administrative/office, financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Being an Administrative Services Director monitors capital and operating budget spending. Designs and implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. Additionally, Administrative Services Director sets departmental performance goals and standards of service. Utilizes data analytics to measure activity and drive continuous improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Administrative Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Administrative Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Position Summary: This position will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of field projects, on-going and future. This position will work closely with the Regional Managers and Financial Analyst. This position’s tasks are computer intensive, and it will be necessary to possess strong computer skills to execute work efficiently. Relevant duties will include but are not limited to:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Data entry and pricing of daily tickets.
    • Submit tickets to customer representatives for approval.
    • Data entry of tickets into customers’ preferred portal.
    • Submit tickets to A/R to be invoiced.
    • Assist field operations with the completion of daily time sheets.
    • Assist with new hire orientation as needed.
    • Provide administrative support on various tasks.
    • Verify the accuracy and perform quality checks of various payroll and billing information.
    • Provide information as needed to management.
    • Communicate as needed with field employees and customer representatives.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

    Education and Professional Licensing or Certifications

    • Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • One year of experience in an administrative position preferred.
    • Strong work ethic.
    • Strong multi-tasking skills.
    • Effective time management skills.
    • Well organized and a self-starter.
    • Attention to detail and able to follow procedures.
    • Competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
    • Proficiency in using Outlook (E-mail), attaching files, forwarding, writing, and responding in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ability to learn new on-line operating systems required to perform the tasks associated with the job.
    • Committed to providing a high level of customer service for both employees and customers.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    Physical Requirements

    • Most duties are performed in an office environment from a seated position.
    • Frequent speaking and listening communications with multiple parties.
    • Able to use a personal computer with manual dexterity to operate a keyboard.
