A well-known healthcare organization located in Central Florida is seeking an Administrative Director Inpatient Services to join their team of leading healthcare professionals!

The Administrative Director will work at a 410-bed, Level II Trauma Center that offers a variety of specialty services including cardiology, women’s services OB, surgical services OR, neurology, orthopedics, and emergency services ER. This facility is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has received several awards for its patient safety excellence.

As Administrative Director, you will have the opportunity to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the designated Medical Surgical unit. This includes managing nursing staff, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care possible. The Administrative Director is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Experience working in hospital management
