Administrative Services Director plans and directs the operations of an organization's staff and service functions. Oversees various internal service functions that typically include administrative/office, financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Being an Administrative Services Director monitors capital and operating budget spending. Designs and implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. Responsible for leading the clinical, educational, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of all components of Clinical Programs located in the facility. Must possess expertise and knowledge in the care, stabilization and transport of the patient across each area of specialty. Must be able to collaborate with ancillary departments, pre-hospital personnel, law enforcement and other outside agencies involved in the care of the patient. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor Degree in Nursing. Current state license where employed.
Position Qualifications: |
· Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field. |
· Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in the state of Pennsylvania. |
· Current successful completion of CPR. |
· Five to seven years of progressive clinical experience, including experience in nursing management in an acute care setting and experience in developing, implementing and maintaining nursing care staffing, scheduling, patient placement, collaborative communication, effective decision making, driving process improvement and ensuring accountability of team members. |
