    Upper Valley Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant for 15 hours per week. 


    Responsibilities include:


    • Meet and Greet all incoming visitors and staff.
    • Manage visitor sign-in sheet.
    • Update Policy Binders quarterly as needed.
    • Create and maintain accurate contact list for shared living providers, guardians, and families.
    • Answering phones and directing calls.
    • Assisting with office equipment.
    • Assist staff with general office needs.
    • Inventory and order supplies as needed.
    • Check in-coming and out-going mail daily.
    • Manage filing and file storage.
    • Assist with tech setup for office trainings and presentations.


    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
    • At least one years of administrative experience preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient computer skills with electronic health records, Microsoft Office, e-learning, and other software programs.
    • Willingness and ability to learn new programs and technologies.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to understand the needs for and maintain consumer confidentiality.
    • Ability to adhere to our core principles and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
