The Office of the Provost is seeking an Administrative Services Manager to support the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education and Dean of the University College through high-level management and coordination of projects and processes using independent decision-making and communication skills.
The Administrative Services Manager will have direct oral and written communication with faculty, staff, students, and high-level administrators and serve as the primary liaison to external agencies and organizations. They will be responsible for drafting, editing, and finalizing reports, presentations, and other vital communications using data and information from a variety of sources. This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment.
