As the Administrative Services Manager, you will work under the general supervision of the Vice President-PACE and serve as the office leader for all PACE services. The Administrative Services Manager holds the primary responsibility for day-to-day office functions and works to support the Vice President and Program Directors to ensure successful program operation.

What you will do:

- Manage day-to-day office and administrative support activities to ensure efficient and effective business operation including management and maintenance of program files/records.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities of administrative staff
- Oversee office/business activities to ensure operations are timely and efficient. Activities include, but are not limited to: correspondence preparation, reports, setting up and maintaining files and filing systems, purchase/inventory of supplies, information processing, reception duties, copying, providing general
- Participate as a member of the PACE management team
- Assist in coverage of other PACE support services positions as needed
- Perform duties of the Substance Use Services (SUS) Intake Specialist:
- Meet and talk with clients for pre-admission and serve as liaison between Orchard Place, DHS and Juvenile Court Services
- Perform data entry, scanning and filing for SUS files
- Verify insurance coverage, schedule intakes and complete intake paperwork
- Assist SUS staff in marketing, development and growth of SUS
