    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients with compassion and ensure a welcoming environment in our waiting area.
    • Manage client scheduling and communications via phone, email, and text messages.
    • Maintain accurate records of client contact information, appointments, and insurance details.
    • Handle inquiries about music therapy services and provide information to clients.
    • Provide office support including light cleaning, organizing workspaces, and managing supplies.
    • Assist in refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office workflows.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient scheduling and logistics.
    • Oversee junior team members for administrative tasks and basic facility management.
    • Contribute to developing and implementing initiatives to enhance client experiences and improve service quality.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
    • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., G Suite).
