    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist clients with navigating benefit platforms and understanding their options
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless benefits administration
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
    • Other duties as assigned, because we love flexibility and adaptability!

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the field of employee benefits
    • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Familiarity with benefit administration platforms is a plus
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
    • A genuine enthusiasm for making the workplace a fun and exciting space!

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in Employee Benefits or related field but not required
    • Minimum 2 years or  more of customer service skills 
    • Previous experience in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
    • Familiarity with HR software and tools but not required
