    • Inspection of properties for damage

    Responsibilities

    • Project management, including preparing vacant units for rent
    • Coordinating maintenance to be performed on occupied homes
    • Overseeing property remodels and updates
    • Managing vendors and contractors
    • Ensuring lease compliance
    • Interacting with owners and residents
    • Working with accounts receivable and payable
    • Working with financial reporting

    Wages

    • Team members with limited experience can make $12-16 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
    • This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.
