Administrative Services Manager directs and coordinates the delivery of administrative services such as clerical support, mail distribution, document management, maintenance, and food service to ensure efficient operations of the business. Ensures that users understand how to access services with clear policies and procedures. Being an Administrative Services Manager suggests improvements to services and identifies additional efficiencies. Typically requires an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Administrative Services Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Administrative Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Administrative Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Clinical Services Manager is both an educator and a quality outcomes specialist and will cover dialysis clinics in north-east Iowa. Key responsibilities will include development, review, and roll out of clinical policies and education materials; implementation and monitoring of plans to meet facility goals; and sharing best practices that support quality management programs. Additional duties may include assisting in preceptor training programs and training teammates, management, and patients.

- Associate degree, bachelors preferred
- Current RN or Registered Dietitian license in state of practice required
- Minimum of 3 years of nephrology experience preferred
- Experience in researching, updating, and maintaining clinical policies and procedures preferred
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel
- Experience in teaching the adult learner strongly preferred with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms as necessary
- CNN or CDN, Bonent certification within one year of hire or position change
- Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
