    DON Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Assists executive director and other management in the smooth and timely operation of office procedures, contract billing and reporting, schedule coordination, and public relations.

    Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies and routine correspondence with management supervision.

    Plans and coordinates conferences, travel arrangements, and corporate purchases.

    Keeps management informed of urgent or timely matters or potential problems concerning general operations, including personnel issues, project timetables, and financial or inventory concerns.

    Directs preparation of records such as notices, minutes, and resolutions for board members and supervisory meetings and collects other information as required.

    Directs preparation and filing of corporate legal documents with government agencies to conform to statutes and contract obligations.

    Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, composes and types correspondence, reads and routes incoming mail, and performs other administrative and clerical duties in coordination with clerk typists in a professional and efficient manner.

    Oversees the development and maintenance of accurate databases for reporting, information and referral, inventory management, word-processing documents.

    Exhibits appropriate judgement, professional manner, and excellent telephone etiquette in dealing with board, management, staff, and the public.

    Attends and participates in required meetings and trainings.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
