Being an Administrative Services Supervisor ensures compliance with established corporate standards and may be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates. May require an associate degree. Additionally, Administrative Services Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Administrative Services Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Summary/Objective:
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall kitchen operations, ensuring that the kitchen employees follow sanitary procedures while doing their high-quality and maximum productivity tasks. The Kitchen Supervisor will manage inventories, checking the adequacy of food supplies and kitchen equipment. The Kitchen Supervisor must have excellent communication and leadership skills, especially with responding to customers' inquiries and concerns and resolving complaints and will oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Culinary Director.
