Job Summary
A Community Support Associate (CSA) provides assigned Medicaid eligible clients the services necessary to allow them to live with maximum independence in the community. The CSA provides intervention in the form of skills training, cueing, or supervision in the client’s treatment plan; medication adherence and recognizing symptoms and side effects; non-clinical but therapeutic behavioral intervention, support, and skills training; assistance in accessing and utilizing community resources; emotional regulation skills; and developing and enhancing interpersonal skills.
