SUMMARY: The PAS Supervisor is responsible for Quality Assurance of services provided in the home as well as relationship management of clients and PCAs for quality purposes. The PAS Supervisor works closely with the Administrator/Alt. Administrator in organizing and coordinating functions of the program, delegating duties, and establishing formal means of accountability on part of the PAS attendant field staff.
