A well-established hospital in Greater NYC is seeking its next RN House Supervisor for its Nursing Department.

Established for over 100 years, this 400 bed acute care facility is located near NYC, Northern NJ, and Southern Connecticut. We are searching for a highly skilled nurse leader to act as an Administrative RN House Supervisor.

This prestigious acute care medical-surgical hospital is admired for providing top-tier medical services to its patients with a new state-of-the-art Catheterization Lab and a significant expansion of the Emergency Department. The Administrative House Supervisor is responsible for 8 to 12-hour accountability for coordinating clinical and administrative activities for the Nursing Department. In addition, in the absence of Nurse Managers or Nurse Directors the Nurse Supervisor will have oversight over hospital operations.

What will make you stand out but is not required:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Masters Degree in healthcare related field
• A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience
• 2 years managerial role or equivalent leadership role
• ANA Certification
