Essential Function of Position:Compass is a division of Black Hills Special Services Cooperative. Compass curates lesson resources, provides instruction for the best uses of online tools, and offers customized support on the best pedagogical strategies for learning. At Compass we have a culture of collaboration and innovation to ensure all employees are supported in providing impactful professional learning to schools, educators, and other organizations. The Compass Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in providing direct support to Compass learning specialists and for the day-to-day functions of the Compass Office. Overall this position facilitates and supports the efficient operations of Compass by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
