Alliance Nursing provides critical nursing services called private duty nursing to infants, children and adults with complex medical and developmental conditions who may require mechanical ventilation to breathe, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions. Nurses will be clinically competent while delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. Nurses will effectively interact with patients, families and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
