About Us: At The Arthur Home we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing / Resident Care Coordinator to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provide mentorship and education to nursing staff to enhance professional development.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of nursing personnel.
• Ensure the highest standards of resident care and satisfaction.
• On Call Rotation

Qualifications:

• Valid RN (for ADON) or LPN (for RCC) license in Illinois].
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within a long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
