Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and implement plans designed to increase existing relationships at hospitals, physician practices, specialty services, and managed care providers to foster a referral base.
Manage and convert fast paced referrals by using clinical grid.
Designs and develops strategic plans for their assigned regions
Conduct 1:1 on contacts with potential referral sources, and develop positive relationships with referral sources
Utilizes educational opportunities to present the hospital to referral sources
Identifies, contacts, and manages potential referral sources
Skills and Attributes:

· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and associated deadlines
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.

· Travel is required
Qualifications:
· Clinical License preferred: Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), or related clinical field
· Valid driver’s license
· Minimum two (2) years of former healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
· Formal sales training preferred
· An Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, another related field is preferred.
