    Essential Job Functions:
    • Participates in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational resources, activities, in-services and continuing education offerings for staff, patient, family, and community.
    • Ensures all of the clinical in-services of the organization are provided in an engaging, thorough, and interesting manner in an effort to maximize the retention and applicability for the learner.
    • Performs the bulk of ongoing competency testing of clinical team members on clinical and documentation skills. Delegates some competency testing tasks to other clinical leaders when deemed appropriate by Center leadership.
