Responsibilities:

• Orchestrating and performing complex activities related to admissions and registration policies and procedures
• Scheduling and providing several admissions/registration services such as the admission/registration process, add/drop of classes, posting test scores, receipt of transcript verifications
• Participating in writing internal procedures
• Ensuring proper customer service standards are met
• Maintaining both paper and computerized admissions/academic records
• Generation of forms, data input, coding, and correspondence to students while maintaining compliance and exhibiting the highest level of professionalism
• General office administrative duties including filing, scanning documents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing uniform distribution and tracking procedures, and participating in new student orientation   

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma is required; an Associates/Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• At least one year of experience in admissions, student services, or campus operations
