Admissions Coordinator- Full Time Responsibilities include:
- Following up timely to referral calls, Providing tours to potential residents.
- Conducting pre-admission assessments of the clinical and financial status of resident referrals.
- Inititiating insurance Pre Authorizations.
- Devoliping and maintaining relationships with current referral sources and with the community.
- Multi-tasking in a Fast Paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges.

Coordinate the inquiry and screening process.

Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork.
- Initiating Preauthorizations.

Notification and reporting of admission updates.

Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting record.

Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events.

Works closely with rest of interdisciplinary team.
