- Greet and assist patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide information to patients regarding admission procedures, policies, and financial obligations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions and discharges
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience , ER registrar, front desk coordinator, or medical receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (MUST possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using medical office software and scheduling systems
