Admissions Coordinator - Nursing Home jobs in Trenton, NJ

Bartley Healthcare is looking for a Staffing Coordinator! We are looking for a competent Staffing Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees.

Staffing Coordinator Responsibilites:

• Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company
• Liaise with recruiters to fill vacancies in a timely manner
• Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
• Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
• Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
• Prior Experience as a Staffing Coordinator or Scheduler and Payroll within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
• Complete monthly nursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
• Complete and post worksheets/time schedules.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Staffing Coordinator Requirements

• Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring etc.)
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Staffing Coordinator in previous healthcare facility (Preferred)
