Brookside Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a small independently owned facility located in Webster. We offer services for short term rehab and long term care. Our Administrator and Director of Nurses are focused on having staff who will provide quality care and customer service to our residents, while making sure employees are appreciated for their efforts.

Brookside is seeking the right individual to fill the position of Admissions & Marketing Coordinator,

We are seeking an experienced, energetic individual to be the full-time Admissions and Marketing position. This individual would be acting as a liaison between the facility and referral sources. They would be responsible for generating and maintaining relationships and marketing the services available at the facility to increase referrals and convert those referrals into admissions. Must have good communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to interact effectively with facility team.

Prefer a minimum of 3 years of experience between admissions and referral management in a healthcare setting. Experience with evaluating a patient clinically as well as financially to see if appropriate for admission to the facility. Working knowledge of insurances available in the area would be a preferred.

Prefer a L.P.N. or R.N. but healthcare related fields are considered and valued.
