Job Title: Inside Admissions Representative

Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week 

Reports to: Floor Manager

As a key player on our Inside Admissions Team, you'll be at the forefront of impacting lives positively. We are seeking candidates with top-notch communication skills, a deep understanding of our transformative products, and the resilience to navigate the highs and lows of the sales process. Your adaptability, emotional intelligence, and ability to employ best practices of the industry will be essential in turning leads into satisfied customers. 
 

Essential Duties:  

• Utilize effective closing techniques to secure deals of high-ticket sales 

• Conduct outbound calls with finesse and persuasion 

• Navigate calls to address customer concerns and objections 

• Leads are provided but must leverage sales training and experience to boost sales rates 
• Demonstrate confidence in past paced work environment  
• Work in a culture with a “winning” mentality  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred 

• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to different customer personalities and situations, and adjusting sales approach based on unique needs 

• Belief in the product and its ability to meet customer needs. 

• Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or objections effectively

Qualifications and Experience Preferred 

• Highschool diploma
• Telesales or related sales experience

• Proficiency with Kixie and HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus

• We will train in office. 

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
