What will you do as an Admissions Coordinator

• Update and log daily census. Maintain & balance Resident Days Report
• Complete & coordinate referrals from hospital social workers
• Coordinate admissions to the facility notify nursing and other departments
• Schedule & perform facility tours
• Responsible for communicating admissions/discharges, changes in level of care, pay status, and room changes to nursing department, business office, and pharmacy
• Advise resident and families of Medicare, Medical Assistance qualifications
• Assist Director of Social Services as needed

What you need as an Admissions Coordinator

• Prior experience in Admissions and Marketing in a Healthcare setting
