Admissions Representative - Higher Ed. jobs in Oakland, CA

National Holistic Institute (NHI), is one of the nation’s largest and most respected colleges of massage therapy and we are looking to add a self-motivated & energetic individual to our dynamic Admissions team!

The Admissions Representative will be responsible for:

• Conducting insightful interviews to understand each individual's career goals, aspirations, and academic interests
• Engage with prospective students, helping them navigate their educational journey from application to enrollment
• Play a pivotal role in the enrollment process, offering assistance and guidance every step of the way
• Answering questions and providing clarity to ensure a seamless transition for incoming students
• Showcase our vibrant campus through engaging and informative tours
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Team Director.

Education and what we look for:

• High school or equivalent (Required); Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with our students and address their needs
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities, enabling innovative solutions to complex challenges
• Commitment to ethical work behavior, ensuring integrity and trustworthiness in all professional interactions
• Strong desire to assist and support individuals, fostering positive relationships and making a meaningful impact
• Positive attitude and dedication to collaborative teamwork, while also capable of working independently to achieve team goals and individual contributions.
• Proficiency in using systems such as Outlook, Excel, etc

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
