Educators of Beauty in Peru, Illinois, is seeking a qualified sales professional to join our team! The role of Admissions Representative is the first point of contact for our prospective students looking to pursue their educational/career goals in the beauty industry. You must have a desire to help make a difference in people's lives while understanding that your role is sales-based. This person will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the entire recruitment/enrollment process in a genuine and ethical manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Schedule and complete campus tours covering program information, campus services, key compliance points, and program outcomes
• Maintain monitored follow-up with all leads according to established processes
• Maintain lead database in an honest, organized, error-free manner
• Consistently meet or exceed established individual production goals
• Contact candidates using the phone, email, and other approved methods.
• Work seamlessly with the existing enrollment team to meet enrollment goals
• Manage the daily sales operations of the Admissions position to meet or exceed campus assigned goals
• Responsible for campus recruitment and performance.
• Prospecting of lead inquiries via call and text campaigns, email, and other sources after a student has inquired about EoB.
• Conduct interviews and build relationships with prospective students while advising each prospective student based on his/her individual interests, goals, and qualifications.
• Verify enrollment criteria and assist students in completing required enrollment documents.
• Manage the admissions process and finalize details of starting school.
• Complete and maintain required reports and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist in the execution of short-term and long-term student recruitment strategies to ensure the institution’s growth objectives.
• Organize and execute school-sponsored recruitment events.
• Establish relationships with local high school counselors and participate in high school events and college fairs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
