Work Schedule:

2nd shift | 2:00pm - 10:30 pm M-F | weekends and holidays on a rotation. Will work 5 days per week, may sometimes rotate to 1st shift

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior knowledge of the admitting process preferred but not required
• Computer and phone skills required
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
• Must have an excellent command of the English language, together with the ability to communicate with the general public in a courteous manner
• Required to work rotating weekend and holiday hours
• Must be able to carry out the timely and efficient handling of admissions and telephone calls
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player

Responsibilities:

• Registers and pre-registers patients for HH services in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, keeping patients informed of any delays
• Operates Switchboard equipment and related systems
• Disbursement of registration paperwork
• Assists with up front collections
