Admitting Director directs patient admissions and access operations, staffing, policies, and practices. Develops and maintains standardized processes for admission procedures to ensure accurate data collection, a positive patient experience, and effective coordination between clinical and administrative teams. Being an Admitting Director analyzes operational metrics to improve processes, increase efficiency, or correct problems. Establishes policies and standards to preserve patient confidentiality, ensure data security and comply with all applicable regulations. Additionally, Admitting Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Admitting Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Admitting Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.

    Qualifications:
    · Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education or a related field
    · 2 years of management experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool required

    · Proactive about building relationships with new families and maintaining high enrollment to make sure the students have access to the best curriculum available
    · Organized and able to multitask, strategically resolves challenges, and has a great attitude
