    BUICOM operates a website resource center with a supporting fulfillment center (warehouse operation). Our team is responsible for maintaining website excellence, fulfillment service operations, and all marketing activities.

    BUICOM is seeking a Director reporting directly to the President & CEO of the organization. Reporting location is Lima, Ohio. Excellent salary and comprehensive relocation assistance available.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

    • Understand and support the mission of BUICOM.
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Support and communicate long range goals and objectives.
    • Maintain and adhere to budget.
    • Present BUICOM to various ministries and organizations at trade shows, conferences, and events and through speaking engagements.
    • Communicate with the President & CEO with all areas of the ministry.
    • Build and support relationships with partner ministries.

    REPSONSIBILITIES: Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): training, planning, assigning and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Support and enhance the culture of continuous improvement.
