What You'll Do

Perform simple office work; maintain office files and records; receive, sort, and route mail; post information to records; stuff, seal, and stamp envelopes; maintain mailing lists; wrap packages; sort, collate, staple, and hand deliver materials; operate office convenience unit duplicating equipment; deliver packages throughout our four floor school building.

Required Qualifications*

• Ability to move packages weighing up to 20lbs each, and to use a dolly and elevators to deliver packages
• Proven reliability
• Ability to interact successfully with a diverse group of faculty, staff and students in a professional and positive manner

Desired Qualifications*

Graduation from high school.
