May be responsible for collecting patient payments and/or arranging patient transfer. Additionally, Admitting/Discharge Clerk typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Admitting/Discharge Clerk gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision. Your day will consist of the following:
Being part of the team concept in the Centers health delivery system, which is devoted to coordinate all patient referrals and refills at the request of the providers. The function including coordinating the referrals/ refills with patients as well as tracking any reports as they are received.
You will do great in this opportunity with the following:
