Admitting/Discharge Clerk jobs in Santa Maria, CA

Cardinale Automotive Group is looking for an energetic, detail oriented individual to join Coast Nissan! Full time position available and weekends off! Interested applicants should have a minimum of 2 years automotive office experience and a can-do attitude.

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Process contract, payoffs, and flooring.
• Ensures all transactions are processed timely.
• Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.
• Work accurately within state and corporate guidelines.
• Maintain schedules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must have automotive office experience
• Must possess good organizational skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a faced paced environment.
• Must have good work ethics including maintaining a neat work area.
• Excellent follow-through skills.
• Reynolds experience a PLUS!
• Good attendance required
