Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager (AM) supports the DM in leading all departments within their assigned
dispensary to ensure delivery of an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a positive
team culture. This role is a crucial liaison between in-store staff and upper management. This
position also assists in overseeing customer service, cash and inventory management, medical and
security teams, and team member training and development.
