Admitting Supervisor supervises the day-to-day patient admissions and access operations and staff responsible for required registration, and patient intake processes. Follows standardized processes for admission procedures to ensure accurate data collection, a positive patient experience, and effective coordination between clinical and administrative teams. Being an Admitting Supervisor monitors operational metrics to improve processes, increase efficiency, or correct problems. Prepares staff work schedules to ensure coverage and coordinate training and staff resources. Additionally, Admitting Supervisor follows all established policies and standards to preserve patient confidentiality, ensure data security and comply with all applicable regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Admitting Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Admitting Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service
- Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
- Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
