Admitting Supervisor supervises the day-to-day patient admissions and access operations and staff responsible for required registration, and patient intake processes. Follows standardized processes for admission procedures to ensure accurate data collection, a positive patient experience, and effective coordination between clinical and administrative teams. Being an Admitting Supervisor monitors operational metrics to improve processes, increase efficiency, or correct problems. Prepares staff work schedules to ensure coverage and coordinate training and staff resources. Additionally, Admitting Supervisor follows all established policies and standards to preserve patient confidentiality, ensure data security and comply with all applicable regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Admitting Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Admitting Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Summary: The supervisor is accountable for the training, cleaning, inspecting, and follow-up of all accounts in the designated territory.
Summary of Essential Position Functions:
- Training new hires on the company’s policies and procedures
- Train and support employees in each facility- Know exactly what they are responsible for and inspect work
- Performing daily scheduled inspections in accordance with detail schedule
- Ensuring customer satisfaction- following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
- Ensuring inventory is properly maintained in building- Order supplies as necessary.
- Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
- MUST MAINTAIN RELAIBLE TRANSPORTATION
Education/Credentials:
- 2-3 years Janitorial Experience
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
- 2-3 years previous supervisor experience required
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Experience in a service environment is preferred
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Rotating weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
