    • Encourages students to be a part of the larger church through serving, participating, and building relationships with other people in the congregation
    • Leads a healthy dialogue with parents by: communicating weekly with them, listening to them, building relationships with them, equipping them to spiritually develop their children in the home, and helping them connect with one another
    • Prays for the ministry, volunteers, and students regularly

    YOUNG ADULTS

    • Plan and coordinate our College Prayer Partners between college students from COTR and people in our congregation while students are in college
    • Send COTR college students care packages before finals weeks in the fall and spring semesters
    • Invest and connect college students and young adults to one another and to the life of COTR, so that they can grow in their love of Jesus
    • Plan and lead programming for C-YA ministry

    STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES
