Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and promoting wellness. You will work in a Medical Adult Daycare, utilizing your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health concerns and develop individualized care plans

- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments

- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Skills:

- The nurse shall have experience working with aging adults and adults with functional impairment.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology

- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

- Ability to provide high-quality care in Medical Adult Daycare settings

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Effective time management and organizational abilities

- Experience in case management is a plus
