Our four different locations offer an enriching environment coupled with a variety of activities and support designed to promote community, socialization, and foster personal growth.

Position Overview:
As a Day Program Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and meaningful experiences for our participants. You will plan and facilitate a diverse range of activities tailored to the interests and abilities of our clients, promoting social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement activity plans based on individualized goals and preferences.
• Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, games, music therapy, and recreational community experiences.
• Provide assistance and support with daily living tasks as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes dignity, respect, and independence.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with participants and their families.

• Experience working with adults with disabilities or in a similar caregiving role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Creative thinking and the ability to adapt activities to meet individual needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
