Adult Day Care Director creates and directs programs that address the health, psychosocial, and educational needs of older individuals and their caregivers and that provide clients a safe, secure, and positive daily experience. Responsible for recruiting, training, and retention of qualified staff. Being an Adult Day Care Director manages the financial operations for the center including billing, reimbursements, and budgets. Performs assessments of prospective clients to determine if programs will meet their needs. Additionally, Adult Day Care Director coordinates with caregivers, families, social services agencies, and medical professionals to plan clients program of care. Monitors programs to ensure effectiveness, quality care, compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and to identify areas for improvement or expanded program offerings. May be a RN with experience in gerontology. Requires a bachelor's degree of social science or a directly related field. Typically reports to top management. The Adult Day Care Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Adult Day Care Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Destiny Quality Care provides consumer services that enrich their daily lives! This opportunity is a dual role of providing instructional services along with transportation services to individuals with special needs.
Destiny Quality Care LLC ADT's work directly with persons with disabilities at our Adult Day Training Center located in Brandon, FL. ADT's/Transport Professionals are responsible for safely commuting our consumers round trips from their residence to our center, and back. You must be able to supervise the loading and unloading of disabled people(s). As a Transportation professional, supervision is necessary of the passengers to ensure they avoid any potential traffic or vehicle hazard. You must be able to effectively vocalize instructions so that all consumers, regardless of their disabilities, can acknowledge & comprehend said instructions. Focus on the prevention of canes, walkers, or other assistive devices from rolling in the vehicle. DQC ADT's & Transportation Professionals respect our consumers maximum safety and comfort.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Valid Florida Driver’s License

Company Provided Trainings - Completion of Zero Tolerance, HIPPA, CPR, Waiver Requirements, Direct Care Competencies, HIV/AIDS Blood Borne Pathogens
Must be able to render professional care and compassion to all consumers
Applicant will be required to drive a 15-passenger van and/or a 6 passenger company SUV
Applicant must be able to arrive at consumer's home on time and follow route instructions to arrive at adult day training center on time daily
Applicant has the capability to perform light duty lifting tasks
