- Ability to engage in self-evaluation with regard to performance and professional growth.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

Position Purpose
This position will teach a variety of subject areas to adult learners who are studying to achieve an Adult High School Diploma or GED as issued through the Minnesota Department of Education or who are working to enhance their skills to increase their success in the workforce. This position will create a flexible, safe and optimal learning environment for all learners and assist all learners in being successful in their educational goals.
