Nesper Sign has an opportunity to be part of our team with a full time opening for an Administrative Assistant. A minimum of a 2 year accounting degree or comparable with 2-4 years experience is required.
Responsibilities will include customer invoicing with experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable, general ledger, and sales tax. Customer service with in bound calls, walk in customer service and work with our sales staff to enter proposals and process work orders. Knowledge of cost accounting beneficial. Must be proficient in Excel and knowledge of Access will be helpful. This position may require multi tasking at times and the ideal person must be able to handle a fast paced office.
We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, have strong math skills, as well as a strong understanding of bookkeeping, accuracy in spelling is a must and be able to problem solve and be dependable.
