Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Campaign Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, including sending out daily Revenue to Goal reports and tracking sales rep performance metrics such as actives, revenue, and revenue goal achievement. Revenue Analysis: Investigate invoice questions and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions related to advertising initiatives. Sales Tracking: Develop and maintain sales trackers for advertising initiatives and projects, monitoring progress and performance against targets. Financial Management: Produce profit and loss (P&L) statements for advertising projects and publications, providing insights into financial performance and informing strategic decision-making. Data Management: Pull advertising information on request, such as historical data on client advertising spend, former contract levels, and tactics used, to support sales efforts and client meetings effectively. Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the campaign lifecycle. Digital Advertising Proficiency: Possess a basic understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Programmatic campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Marketing and Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overall branding and marketing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of experience in advertising sales coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
