Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Overview
We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join, a full-service advertising agency based in Chicago. The right candidate will have 0-2 years and will provide support to the Account, Media and Creative teams. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply! This is a remote position without need for relocation and the majority of the agency operates on CST.
The right person for this role should be eager to work in a collaborative environment but have the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned accounts/responsibilities. This person is highly organized and possesses strong project management skills.
